Ramsclough is a proposed 25.8 MW AC solar PV project, The site is located approximately 2.2 km southeast of Oswaldtwistle in Hyndburn, Lancashire. The Proposed Development would be located on approximately 111 acres (45 hectares) of land, predominantly in pastoral use, comprising a mix of Grade 4 and Grade 5 agricultural land under the Agricultural Land Classification (ALC), which is considered poor to very poor quality for agricultural production.
